The project began with research into relevant office design precedents that aligned with the IAD IV module’s concept requirements and adhered to a minimum built-up area of 500 square metres, including either a mezzanine or two levels. Each team member proposed a precedent study, from which one was selected for further development. Working collaboratively in a group of five, we advanced the approved precedent into a comprehensive design proposal, producing schematic plans, drawings, and schedules that addressed both functional and spatial requirements.
