The Kota Kemuning Residence was developed as a design visualisation project for a young couple seeking a Japandi / Scandinavian-inspired home on a modest budget. The scope included a site visit, on-site measurements, and the preparation of space planning solutions to optimise functionality and flow. Design visualisations were produced to guide decision making and provide a clear representation of the proposed aesthetic, balancing practicality with the calming minimalism characteristic of Japandi and Scandinavian design.
